Last Month for 50K in Matching Money!
Two of the original founding members of IMHS, MC and Greg Johnson, read our monthly newsletter (yay! It works! Thanks for reading this!) and saw the need for a new van and the dream for a new shelter. They contacted the board with the offer that they'll match dollar for dollar up to $50K! All we have to do to get $100K is to raise 50K!
They are able to do this because they want to honor Greg's father who instilled his love for animals into Greg at a young age and bequeathed some funds to his son as part of his will. We thank MC, Greg and Greg's father for their commitment to animals and to their commitment to the animals and community surrounding IMHS.
So, please help us by contributing to the capital campaign by getting your donations in before the end date of 11/19. Please note Capital Campaign in the donation.
Please note: IMHS could not wait till the end of this matching campaign to get our new van as we had to be ready for the snow coming! We have raised approximately $20K so far and that means it will be matched to 40K so we went ahead and got the vehicle and are secure for this winter season. Just because we got the van doesn't mean that matching is over and that we've met our Capital Campaign goals completely. Next month you'll hear all about how we want to move to a new location. Or is that locationS! So keep tuned and help us do more and more for Park County and the adjacent counties.
