Happy New Year!

IMHS kicked off 2016 by transferring in 41 animals into our care from overcrowded shelters needing help moving cats and dogs.

Of these transfers, 31 felines and 6 canines made their way out of Colorado shelters into ours. Four other adult dogs also crossed over into our beautiful state and comfortably arrived at IMHS, healthy and happy. Fourteen felines were brought into our care after being rescued from the outside world, in adverse weather conditions and with no shelter from elements. All in the month of January!

Just in the first 6 weeks of 2016, 64 animals have gone to their new forever homes, 42 felines and 22 canines. A very successful start with many more animals to be saved!
