Adoptable Animals
The animals below are currently available for adoption. Once you have identified the animal(s) which you would consider adopting, or if you would simply like to have an application on file with IMHS, complete our on-line application for the type of animal:
At this time, we ONLY accept online applications.
For their own safety, it is IMHS policy to require that the cats we adopt out are kept as indoor-only pets. Considering our rural location, we may make exceptions when the cat has a known history as an indoor/outdoor animal. In such cases, we will strongly encourage that these cats be kept in at night to reduce their chances of being killed by predators such as coyotes. The other exception is feral cats which we can adopt out as "barn" cats who may live their lives outside the home.
